Refund Policy

At Wow Organics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

Contact us at support@woworganics.pk or WhatsApp at +92 309 221019 within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue (photos may be required for damaged items).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Products that have been used or tampered with.
Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
Items without their original packaging or receipt.
Products returned after 14 days of delivery.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us at support@woworganics.pk immediately and provide your order number and include clear photos of the product showing the damage or defect. One the issue is verified, we will resolve it through replacement or refund

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a refund for the original purchase and placing a new order.

Refund Approval

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
